All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

If an order with free shipping is returned to us for reasons not caused by us, your refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.
